Born and raised in San Luis Obispo, David Arrona knew early on that he always wanted to call San Luis Obispo his home. Immediately after graduating from San Luis Obispo High School he went directly to Cal Poly to study Agricultural Engineering. His passion for appreciating how things worked and functioned was not enough to keep him in the engineering field after school due to the lack of personal relationships that came with that particular field. What brought him to the Real Estate Industry was just that, working with people. Having grown up in San Luis Obispo, a small community, he knew what it meant and how important it is to establish personal relationships and to maintain a respectable reputation.
In fact he built his business based on his reputation of always doing what was right and putting his client's needs and goals first. This is what he believes led him to his success within the Real Estate Finance Industry
